Las Terrenas Executive Escape – Adults-Only Coastal Leadership Retreat

Designed for executive teams, hosted partner programs, and high-value leadership retreats, this Las Terrenas program delivers a refined Caribbean experience built around privacy, elevated hospitality, and meaningful connection.

Set along the secluded shoreline of Cosón Beach in Samaná, the program is based at an adults-only beachfront all-inclusive resort offering ocean-view rooms and private bungalows, some with plunge pools, infinity pool access, wellness amenities, multiple on-site restaurants, and direct beach access. The property sits approximately 21 kilometers from El Catey International Airport—positioned for both convenience and exclusivity, and well-suited for groups seeking a premium retreat environment without the pace and distractions of a high-volume resort destination.

The itinerary balances strategic planning, relaxation, and curated shared experiences. Teams focus on alignment, relationship building, and hosted executive engagement rather than heavy agenda scheduling. Private group dinners, wellness programming, sailing and coastal excursions, and flexible gathering spaces create the conditions for productive connection in a destination known for natural beauty and understated luxury.

Ideal for executive retreats, leadership offsites, hosted client programs, and premium incentive groups. The framework is fully customizable and built to deliver strong perceived value for attendees and smooth execution for planners and buyers.
