Is TripEngine free for buyers?

Yes. Browsing programs, building a trip brief and sending requests are free. During beta, you pay the provider directly for your trip.

How is TripEngine different from a travel agency?

TripEngine is a marketplace, not an agency. You choose from complete programs offered by the suppliers, DMCs, agencies and planners who run them, and the provider delivers your trip.

I'm a planner or advisor sourcing for a client. Can I use TripEngine?

Yes. Sign up as someone sourcing group travel and request programs for your groups.

What if nothing matches my brief?

Use Request Custom Trip in the AI Trip Builder. Your brief goes to the TripEngine team, who will help find or build a program.

How long until I get an Offer?

Matching is instant. Offers typically arrive within 48 hours of your request.

What currency are prices in?

Each program shows prices in its provider's currency. We don't convert currencies; your Offer confirms the final price.

Listing your programs

Is there a cost to list?

No. There are no fees during beta. A platform fee will be introduced when in-app payments launch, with advance notice and a preferred rate for founding partners.

I'm a hotel or DMC. Do I have to manage requests myself?

No. Email partners@tripengine.net — TripEngine can manage buyer requests on your behalf.

Do I keep my suppliers and pricing?

Yes. TripEngine doesn't require specific suppliers or change how you work.

How do buyers find my programs?

Through Explore and through the AI Trip Builder, which matches buyers' briefs against your program content. The more complete your listing, the better it matches.

Can I list multiple programs?

Yes — list as many proven programs as you have.
