Managing Customization Requests
When a buyer is interested in one of your programs, they submit a customization request. Here is how to handle it.
What a request contains
Each request includes the buyer's trip brief — destination, group size, dates, budget, and specific needs. You will be notified when a new request comes in.
How to respond
Review the request and respond with a customized proposal through the TripEngine platform. Be specific about what you can deliver, what the pricing will be, and what the timeline looks like.
Response time
We recommend responding to requests within 48 hours. Buyers on TripEngine are actively sourcing — fast responses convert significantly better than slow ones.
If the request is not a fit
You can decline a request if it falls outside your expertise or availability. It is better to decline quickly than to go silent.
