What we collect

The AI Trip Builder guides you through a short conversation to capture:

Destination — a place, or a region if you're flexible

Group type — incentive, corporate retreat, meeting, destination event, private group, and so on

Travel style — adventure, luxury, wellness, cultural, etc.

Dates — when you're planning to travel

Group size — approximate headcount

Budget — per-person range

Experiences — activities or priorities for your group

How long it takes

Most briefs take 3 to 5 minutes.

What happens after

As soon as your brief is saved, we show the programs that match it best. Create a free account to keep your brief and return to your matches any time.

If nothing matches well, use **Request Custom Trip** — your brief goes to the TripEngine team, who will help find or build a program for your group.

Can I edit my brief?

Yes — start a new conversation in the Trip Builder to refine it.
