Requesting & Customizing a Program

Every program on TripEngine is a proven starting point. The details can be tailored to your group.

Each program lists its options under **Ways to Customize**.

How to request a program

Click **Request This Program** on the program page. In the request form you'll add:

A title for your request

Your dates (or mark them as flexible)

Number of travelers

Your maximum budget per traveler, in the program's currency

What you'd like to adjust — quick picks plus your own notes

You'll get an email confirming your request.

What happens next

The team behind the program reviews your request and sends you a tailored Offer, typically within 48 hours. From your dashboard you can accept it, ask for a revision, or decline it.

Prices and currency

Programs show an indicative price per person in the provider's currency. The final price depends on your dates, group size and changes, and is confirmed in your Offer. We don't convert currencies.
