Customizing a Group Program

Every program on TripEngine is a starting point, not a fixed package. All details can be tailored to your group.

What can be customized

Most programs allow customization of:

Travel dates and duration

Group size

Hotel category and room type

Meal inclusions

Activities and excursions

Airport transfers

Welcome events and special experiences

Budget adjustments

Each listing shows its available customization options in the program detail page.

How to request a custom version

Click "Request This Program" on any listing detail page. This will take you to the trip builder where you can describe your specific needs. Your brief is then sent to the planner who owns that program.

What happens next

The planner reviews your request and responds with a customized proposal. All communication and proposal management happens through the TripEngine platform.
