How TripEngine Works

TripEngine is a marketplace for complete group travel programs — retreats, incentives, meetings, association trips, destination events and private group travel. Each program is offered by the supplier, DMC, agency or travel planner who already runs it.

The problem we solve

Group travel usually starts from a blank page: RFPs to several vendors, weeks of waiting, and generic proposals at the end. Meanwhile, proven group programs already exist — they're just invisible. TripEngine puts those programs up front, so you can evaluate the actual trip before you engage anyone.

How it works

Find a program. Browse programs on Explore, or describe your group to the AI Trip Builder and get matched with programs that fit. Each program shows its duration, group size, indicative price and what's included.

Request it. Send a request with your dates, group size, budget and the changes you want. There's no cost to request.

Receive an Offer. The team behind the program sends you a tailored Offer — typically within 48 hours. Ask for revisions or accept it from your dashboard.

Travel. Once you accept, your trip is confirmed and the provider delivers it. Messages, trip details and deliverables live in your Trips dashboard.

Who you work with

Every program shows who offers it — a DMC, hotel, tour operator, agency, travel planner, or the TripEngine Collection. That provider prepares your Offer and delivers your trip. TripEngine runs the marketplace and the tools in between.

What TripEngine is not

TripEngine is not a travel agency and doesn't hold travel inventory. During beta, payment for a trip is arranged directly between you and the provider.
